LSST believes in being inclusive and therefore attracts students of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities to study alongside overseas students from EU countries, Africa, the Indian sub-continent, SE Asia, and the Americas.

We have a large number of mature students on our courses as we assess applicants on the basis of past work or professional experience and recognise individual merit regardless of a person’s previous educational achievement.

The school is located in smart, modern premises and comprises well-equipped teaching accommodation, excellent computing facilities and a Learning Centre providing an area for quiet study. There is also a pleasant student café and common room area for relaxation and social activities. All students are given their own college e mail account which is accessed via a student portal.

The LSST approach particularly appeals to older students who prefer the more rigorous and professional atmosphere of an Adult College. So, whilst school leavers and college graduates are very welcome, they are advised to seriously consider if they feel at home in the more mature, self-disciplined environment expected at LSST.
