LSST is based in Alperton in North West London – about 5 minutes drive from the world famous Wembley Stadium - an interesting and culturally diverse part of London which is currently undergoing a major programme of urban regeneration.

Alperton can be reached by underground from central London in about 40 minutes, as well as being on main bus routes. It is also easily accessible by car, being just north of the Hangar Lane gyratory system off the North Circular Road.

Underground Stations

Alperton - Piccadilly Line
This tube station is approx 2 mins walk from the college - turn right out of the station, walk straight ahead for 500 yards until you reach the main junction with Bridgewater Road and Hangar Lane and you’ll see Alperton House immediately opposite on the other side of the road.

Hanger Lane - Central Line
This tube station is approx 10 mins walk from the college. You walk north up Hangar Lane and Alperton House is on your left hand side just after you pass Sainsbury’s supermarket and walk over the bridge above the canal. Alternatively you can take buses 83 or 497 heading towards Alperton

Buses

The following bus routes all pass near to the college: 1, 3, 79, 83, 23l, 224, 245, 297, 497.

Airports

Heathrow Airport is only 30 mins by taxi or car to the West of Alperton along the M40.  It can also be reached via the Piccadilly Line. Both Gatwick and Stanstead Airports run direct train services into central London which link up with the Underground network.
